Not too much here either. I'm set and ready for a bike ride, but it's really raining pretty heavily here in Hawaii. Not sure if I want to chance it or not.

Hawaii is a beautiful place, that's for sure. Most people don't know it for its traffic and high cost of living though hah.

Yeah I do. A few years ago I was doing 20-50 a miles a day. These days, I just do it to make sure I maintain some form of basic fitness. I think I'm just gonna watch and movie and use my stationary bike. Not quite the same, but eh.

I would probably kill myself on a mountain bike. When I was a kid, I did BMX and broke out all of my front teeth. So road bike it is!

Well, that's not the worst accident I've had. I fell on deployment and tore my arm out of the socket. Had to have a complete rotator reconstruction. Now THAT is a drag. Hah.

ive literally never gotten seriously injured (knock on wood) i mean like literally this past summer was the first time ive ever been hospitalized and it wasn't anything physical

It's all good. Happens to the best of us. I hope whatever you were hospitalized for wasn't serious though! It's never fun to be in a hospital.

it wasn't anything too bad!! ! just possible appendicitis/gallbladder (luckily it was neither) 
but a lot happened for my first visit 
the most memorable was probably the cat scan

Ah, good. Glad to hear. Cat scans are pretty strange. I'm not a much fan of them, haha. For my shoulder injury, they had to inject with me with mildly radioactive dye. How cool.
