I say the movie tonight (friday) I read the books, and so I reconized ALOT of differences b/t the book and the movie.

Overall, I thought that the movie was fairly good, even though they forgot alot of details. Details like the story of Thalia, the pine tree on Half-blood hill, how percy got the 3 pearls (they went to Nashville to get one of them, which WAS NOT EVEN in the book, and they didn't put characters in the movie like Ares, Clarisse, Nancy Bobofit, and probably a few more. I found this pretty disapointing, though there were some funny parts in the movie, which made up for about a third of all the missing details. Yup, thats pretty much it, but, everyone's got their oppinions. I would just try to keep an opened mind about the movie.

They didn't kiss, but they were ABOUT to....No, there was no Oracle prophecy, which was a disappointment.... Oh well. Have fun seeing the movie!!
