I'm one of the more silent readers.
However, I really do like your comic and some of your characters grow on me (Heazzle for example).
From what I can read, you are alright if we create our own characters who are cuvodets? :>
Also got a couple of questions, that are more related to the species itself and the world surrounding them.
1. So is it in general that most herds have higher ranks? Does every herd have different ranks and tradition?
2. How similar would the world "Komorebi" to our planet? What kind of biomes do exist?
More questions might come up, but for now these are the only two I currently thought about~

ofc you can make your own cuvodet! i love to see peoples designs.
most herds have at least one leader, but as for ranks and roles it depends on the herd. some have certain 'jobs', and some just let everyone do anything they enjoy!
and the world is very warm! so there are temperate rainforests, plains and deserts (and honestly anything that suits those)

1. What would be the approx. life span of a cuvodet (like, which age they turn from fawn-adolescent and from adolescent-adult and so on)?
2. How long would the gestation time?

they live for an average of 40 years in total! which is quite long for an animal, but they mature very quickly.
they reach physical maturity (or at least in height, maybe not strength and build) after about 5 years, but mentally they will seem stuck in their teen years for a long time haha!
cuvodet reach full maturity both mentally and physically around 20 years give or take depending on their upbringing
( i say 'around' for these examples because ive been changing around their ages a bit so its not 100%)
for example, heazzle and nhilus are around 6 years old, but mentally somewhere around 17
giheiz is currently 25-ish, she's really only hit proper adulthood recently
and poor old khuartz is in his 30s, which is considered old, but not yet elderly (hes just very wise ha)
as for gestation i haven't actually thought about it! i'd say around 5 months though, but up to interpretation!!!
