Hello. im going to start a free online comic about superheroes with my friends. we are finishing the web. It treats itself of a megacrossover that includes characters of anime, comic and video games. we are looking for penciller and your work its very interesting. Hi. Loving the fact that you once again have taken the time to guide me. Thanks for the comments also on me improving and that you like the colours i use. Means a lot. I have had a go at your soft brush style on iron man (i wont post it) but i will be using it in the future as i love the effect. Also just to make sure that the effect should be done over the ink layer? This may be a silly question but i think you know me well enough now to know that silly questions aren't a strange occurence. Any way thanks again for the support. Nice to know that 1 person takes an interest lol.

It's not over the ink layer, it's not over any layer. When you save the copy as a .jpg it is just one layer, and that's when I go in and add glow. That way the glow is added over the inks and colors and really gives it the effect you want.
Don't mention it bro. I needed someone to help me out when i started, and I'm more than willing to do the same for people that show some talent. Keep doing what you're doing and people will take notice eventually. It's taken me three years to get where I am now. I've almost quit many times, but the fact of the matter is, I love art and can never do anything else now.
As to what I'm working on now, I'm doing a lot of traditional stuff for class. I have a lot of watercolors that I'll post soon. About thirty if you wanna know details. The subjects are very diverse and so is technique. Once I finish the last three of the required thirty, you'll see some colors again. I have a few pieces lined up and some new stuff I wanna try. Be on the look out for all of it.

Need to start learning how to ink also because i can draw, but when it came to inking over it, well it looked crap to be honest. Brought a wacom intuos 3 to help me as i had a cheap tablet before which was really scratchy and this showed in the practice. The wacom is a lot smoother but something just isnt right. Maybe the way i have my pen set up. I dunno.
Anyway good luck with the thirty mark and i hope you like what you end up with. I know i will.

Yeah I would definitely check the pen set up. YOu can pretty much customize it however you want. I personally like the harder touch, but whatever. I got my wacom very recently as well. And I could tell a drastic difference.
I made the thirty easy, and I' submitted them for grading today. Should have them back by friday and I'll start uploading one or two a day for a few weeks. I think you guys will dig them, because I like a vast majority of them. In the meantime though, I'm going to work on some digital stuff soon.
Lots of stuff is coming man. I hope you guys all dig it, because I've busted my ass to improve.
