How sweet of you, thank you so much! :3 As a wannabe writer, I still have a lot to learn about stories. c:

You're welcome. : )
No time like the present to learn! I actually run a group that reviews fan fiction for people. (Sorry, took a long time to respond. I had a lot of work to do before the rain finally liberated me. I'm back on DA now for the most part.)

I'm in your group for a while now, but sadly, I'm not able to submit the script of my comic because I write it on my mother language. BUT I already finished the whole storyline (I'm still throwing out unnecessary scenes but I have every major story arc in place) and I'm in the process of writing the dialogue, soooo I hope I can finish the script soon and start drawing. :3
In the meantime I'm reading Robert McKee's books. I have to say he is a great teacher. Without his books, I would be sooo lost. Besides, I'm very slow with the whole writing process, I'm working on this fan story about a year now! UFF! >o<
I'm like a snail when it comes to responding to messages, so no prob! ;D
BTW, can I submit reference sheets of the characters to the group before submitting any comic page?

Throwing out unnecessary scenes? You and me both. . . I've found less is more in writing in the last two years. That's part of what I've been doing for rewriting my book. Robert McKee? Never heard of him, not that I go looking for content like that very often. . . I'm pretty self taught. XD
Actually, yeah! We have a folder for story related art so. . . go ahead!

Hehe, yes, but I think it is one of the hardest part of writing, to get rid of scenes I actually like but doesn't progress the story on a meaningful way. If I recall correctly, I had 65 plot points in my original script, and now I only have 25. AND if my calculations are correct (tbh, I don't have faith in my predictions ), the comic will reach at least 200 pages, which is a lot since I have to draw the whole thing alone. >.<
Hmm, I myself too is a self taught writer but I like to speed up the process with cheaply available materials like books and videos, and the best part is, they always give me new ideas when I get stuck.
Cool! When I will start to draw the character refs, I will totally gonna submit them there! ^0^

Hey, that's still progress, and I'm glad you're willing to make hard calls like that! 200 pages seems pretty reasonable. Much more reasonable than me and my sister's first attempt to co-create a comic. Self taught is best taught in my opinion. You are less a product of the system and maintain more of your style while forcing yourself to learn more than normal as well as think outside the box.
Alrighty, I'll really look forward to those.
