I'm AMAZING today! super productive! I steam-vac'd all the carpet in my parents house, cleaned my grandmothers house, and did a photoshoot with one of my best friends today!

No doubt! Never been to louisiana, but it seems like it would be an awesome place despite the summer heat. I'm a huge True Blood fan, idk if they actually shoot it there or not, but looks like such a beautiful area, and all the history and stuff. I live in California and last weekend it was 105 but it's dry heat. Maybe I like the summer because it feels so good to come inside for the A/C lol

and yeah they did shoot it here from what I've heard!

I used to starve myself and have fortunately recovered but I did drop significant weight. I still really haven't gained it back because I'm keeping track of my intake, fortunately I only had little to lose in the first place, unfortunately I still don't think I'm just right yet. I am approaching a healthier method, 1,400 calories a day with exercise not like the 600-800 I used to eat and exercise with (and not eating the exercise calories back). Right now I'm 5'4 and weigh about 125. The worst thing is the mental aspect, I can't stop thinking I look fat all the time.

I'm glad you've recovered! I know it's hard. I personally think it'll ALWAYS be in the back of my mind, but that just means you have to FIGHT that urge. Think about the positives in your life and all that you have to live for and do! I'm very proud and happy to hear this, if you ever need help, I'm here!

I have a wonderful friend in my life that reminds me Im beautiful everyday, he cares about me a lot. Being surrounded by people has really helped. Thank you so much. I hope we both kick those thoughts to the curb!
