# About me

I'm a guy living in northern California who loves graphic arts, animation, history, mythology, movies, and music. From time to time I've been known to draw and write. And yes, I also like ponies. :)

I guess you could call me an amateur artist. For a long time I've had a dream to draw and write my own stories in the Japanese "manga" style; and I'm trying to improve my artistic abilities in order to help make that dream come true someday. I'll be posting some of my drawings here (past and present), which will hopefully represent a few of my steps along that journey. I hope you like them.

By the way, the above illustration for my pony original character, Scroll Seeker, was created by the very talented NightingaleP.deviantart.com (and he has graciously gifted the O.C. and the above illustration to me). Go check out his work, too!

You're welcome!  You might not remember me, but I met you briefly at the Creative Women's Con (or whatever it was called) at Empire's Comics Vault.  Keep doing your thing & make some great manga!

Oh thank you so much for visiting my booth! I'm really happy that people are interested in my manga work. I'm going to work really hard to launch CatCha before the year is over, but until then I do have some other short story comics in my gallery so feel free to look at those. I'm taking a break from posting drawings for a while (sorry...class, work, life).  One of these days I'll have to get a new scanner, and then I'll be able to post some more drawings.  Thanks to everyone who's "favorited" my drawings, by the way!
