Horror!Sans is a horror version of Sans created by tumblr user Sour-Apple-Studios.
This type of Sans is horrific, he likes hot dogs but prefers getting a human head, chopping it up and making it a "head dog".
Horror!Sans wears a dark blue jacket with a white bloody t-shirt,gray shorts with a white line down,and blue shoes.
Isn't know so much thing about this type of Sans.
When a human once fell down into the underground it was his duty to really lead him/her to safety but for now he doesn't care about anyone or anything. Just his brother Papyrus.
"Come closer..."
He dares you.
"One head dog coming up!"
This is after Undertale in which everyone literally turned out insane and completely lost it. This happens to be after a neutral run and Undyne is the Queen taking over since Alphys and Mettaton was still dead. They started losing their sanity when food became a really big issue. Sans's crack in the skull happened by Undyne's frustration and once Sans had his back turned she struck him with a spear. However he did not die from it.

He kept tapping his fingers against his sentry post table waiting. He wouldn't stop waiting and no matter how much he waited he knew it would be useless. "........you better not.." His grin remained on his face.

"ey, you don't look so good, buddy." Orion approached cautiously, his hands in the pockets of his hoodie as he gazed at the hole in the skeleton's skull.

"Don't tempt me buddy. When i say ya better not..ya better not approach me if ya know what's good for you." His grin turned more malicious but he still remained where he was every now and then tapping his fingers against the table. "Perhaps it's not so surprising for you that is..but a tasty treat like you..would only get problems here. You should run away before i forget myself again and..kill you."

"whoa there." Orion raised his hands in surrender. "calm down. I'm not really skulling around here..."

The half blood walks directly up to the Horror, and while looking him right in the eye sockets, proceeded to pull a huge fucking blanket out and toss it over him. Covering him completely. How in the fuck? Regardless, she seems content with her work and pulls a box as well. From within a scent of meat! Most likely deer. She sets it near the covered skeleton and only then backs off a few steps. Um.

He was a little astonished. Not really much to say but the second the blanket hit him he started to chuckle. "What's this? You're actually trying to be cute with me?" He peered out from under the blanket noticing the meat. Somehow he could remind himself of how it was to be in the past but he snapped out of his daze to strike the deer with the axe. "Thanks, kid. This'll make my brother happy."

"It's for both if you, fetcher. Eat. You look like you need it. Badly."
She keeps her eyes on him, but tilts her head.

"Aw..comfort? Me? That's hilarious. I haven't had comfort in years. Makes me remember all the good times i had, kiddo." He grinned maliciously then rested his head a little. "I must say i am happy. You made me feel more than just hatred, anger, loneliness or..the urges to kill you right away." He studied the blanket then gave a light shrug before closing his eyes getting cozy. "You're lucky i like soft things.."

Chara went through the stranger version of Snowdin then they were used to,wondering about all the bloodstains and missing monsters

"Heya..this is a real cruel joke isn't it? Soon..i'd find you..'pasta'way." He grinned maliciously at Chara. "The name's Sans..Sans the skeleton..but to be honest..? Who even cares about introductions anymore?" He approached slowly. "So..what does a tasty treat like you..wandering around this empty hollow place also known as Snowdin?" He felt himself cringe. He didn't want to eat humans but his standards was decreasing by the minute.

Chara heard Sans and quickly turned around,catching their breath when they saw Sans. What the hell happened "To be honest,neither do I." They only just caught the remark about taste "Wait....WHAT?"

"You know how i hate promises..but who am i to judge on who you are? You're just a kid." He grinned wanting to cut her to pieces for the fun of it but he waited. "Tell me kid..what is your purpose on coming here? Maybe if you got a smart response..i'll let you live." His grin just got wider and he wouldn't allow Chara to go anywhere. Bones blocked the path from going anywhere. "C'mon..i am waiting kid."

His grin only widened at the screams. "I wonder if i should tear your arm off..or your leg." He chuckled. "That would make me and my brother filled up for a while.."

He heard a sound thinking it was one of the dogs which made him just yell out. "Get lost, Greater Dog. You're not going to be trying to scare me again. Besides..it doesn't even work!" He warned clenching his fingers some before he grabbed the axe. "If you do..i'll dust ya." He grinned but when he couldn't hear the sound he just sat back down. "Where is that human..it's late."

He heard the voice then turned around pretty much wearing an unfazed grin. "..what's this? Something i have never seen before and it's quite weird." He held tightly onto the axe. "If i were a human..i'd be dead." He laughed.

He studied him. "You're not human either. What exactly are you?" He poked him with his axe. "Heh..no flesh either. Welp..that means i don't need to try and capture you. You're not even edible." He grinned.

No other human has passed through and even if they did..they wouldn't like what happened next to their life. Since..we haven't eaten or believed in anything for those years either. So..you got no luck here."

"... Huh?" He noticed the sentry station up ahead and ran over.

He threw the axe towards him in a warning. "Stay distant..human. Or you'll die simply as that..besides..my bro has not even started yet with playing with you." He got up stretching a little. "You should know better.."

He walked past the sentry station.

"A metal freak? Ugh..i've had enough of eating metal.." He proceeded to lay down again yawning. "Better save up energy than drinking oil blood.." He stuck his tongue out at him then chuckled. "Beware the other monsters. Even if i am not interested..thatΒ means the monsters here in the underground are looking for their next plate of meal." He pointed at him. "I would make sausages out of you..but i am not sure what you're made of."

"Sheesh." He muttered. "So, uh... who're you?"

"Sans.. Sans the skeleton. It's quite obvious isn't it?" He shrugged a little. "Keep this in mind..not everyone down here..has the same sanity as me. In fact..my sanity is quite low too. I wish i could just turn anything into sausages and eat it." He bit his tongue a little. "...geez..I sure am unlucky."

Kion because... rather creeped out at that, then remembered the packet of uncooked hotdogs he had in his backpack... which... he didn't have with him. He swore silently to himself.
"So, uh... why eat humans?" Kion asked. "Aren't they disgusting-looking?"

"Yeah..they look disgusting upon first glance. But..when the first human that came down here..was cooked by Grillby. I have never smelled anything like it.." He drooled a little at the thought. "Eating that human..i was so close until i was hit once." He looked at him. "Tell me..are you tasty when cooked properly?" He squinted at him with a wide grin across his face. "You seem that way.."
