Been thinking about going down to visit my sister in Austin sometime soon.

I am melting with this heat! I come home exhausted every day from this nasty weather. Over 100 daily.
Austin is amazing! You really need to go. One of the things you should do - if it doesn't freak you out - is go see the bats come out from under the bridge. It is so amazing! Yeah, wait till its cooler. Right now its brutal! Things are ok. Just trying to survive with this heat. Yuk!

Bats are so awesome! Austin has a million cool things. If you enjoy drinking - of course, there is 6th street. It is a very cool place. Very trendy and environmentally conscious. Here is a link for the city. [link]

There was just a big article on them. Apparently the drought is messing everything up and they are coming out earlier to feed. Way more opportunity to see them.

We haven't had rain in forever! The drought is horrible. We really need some, as does the rest of Texas. Hopefully we'll get some soon. Let me tell you, this 100+ degree temperatures are really kicking my butt!

I'm doing well! Nice that it is finally starting to cool down!

I recently rode my Harley to Fayetteville, Arkansas for the Bikes, Blues & BBQ Rally with 6 other guys. 600 mile round trip. Had a really great time. Took about 500 images!! Will take some time to go through them all, but hopefully I will get some uploaded soon.
