You're coming to Atlanta?? Whoa! What class of yours will be coming here? How many in the class? I'm about 45 minutes from Atlanta, towards Athens (Georgia, not Greece!).

Athens Georgia/Athens Greece.. potato potato..
It is my Healthcare Technology engineering class, one of our teachers have a lot of connections in Atlanta.
Think we'll be staying Sandy Springs a little north of Atlanta..
We are thinking about going to Six Flags, Stone Mountain Park, Georgia Aquarium and maby The World of Coca Cola..
Can you recommend any good places or things to see?

Sounds like a great trip.
I recommend the Georgia Aquarium above all the others! You might also want to see what's going on at the Fox theater while you're here. [link] It is a beautiful theater and one of Atlanta's most important landmarks.

When I was stationed in Greenland I learned a few words of Danish. I could say "Hvordan har du det?" and "Har du en taxa?" and "Mange Tak." Yeah, and "Sel Tak." I'm sure I knew more but I can't remember what I knew.
I do remember the Danes used to get a kick out of the Americans trying to pronounce the Danish for (I think) "Strawberries and Cream." I can't remember the Danish but I remember it was impossible for an American tongue to pronounce!

I have never been up there, it could be fun some time.. the inland ice should look great..
All of them are right, how long ago was it?
It is "RΓΈdgrΓΈd med flΓΈde"-->"Roedgroed med floede" --> "Stewed strawberries with cream"

I was in Greenland in 68. There are a few photos in my gallery from there.
I was wrong, I think, about the impossible-for-Americans-to-pronounce Danish phrase. Seems like there were three words, two of them beginning with a "phl" sound..
