OK! so, your drawing is already cute dear, you knowxD but, sure you can! if you still wanna improve just practice harder. keep drawing and drawing, you can do it although just doodling. for referent or inspiration, you can watch speedpaint or watch tutorial in youtube.
but REMEMBER! don't trace or steal people arts. everyone has their respective copyright. Find your own drawing style. make sure your drawing style is unique and original. what do you want is just practice and keep practice. i'm sure you will improve~
