That's so exciting! You say you're from a small town on your profile; I'd ask, but I'm only familiar with the Delta towns as that's where my family is from.

It's called Holly Bluff between Rolling Fork and Yazoo City. Pretty tiny!

What, that a person who ended up with your search is also a deviant?
... Well, yeah, that is pretty damn cool, actually.

Well, that, I suppose.
But mainly it's that a person actually took the chance at clicking the link, then had the insight to show another stranger how the world is, in fact, connected, despite her worst fears.

If you feel that's how it should be, then by all means. Not to be contrary, I simply saw a link to a dA account and thought "Ooh, cool, I have a way to communicate with that person directly."
Chance plays a very large part in the entire series of events as well, don't you think? And I try to take as many chances as possible.

Oh, I agree with that. I always take chances rather than regret not doing so.

And if a mistake is made, better to need to ask forgiveness than have had to wait for permission.

Far more hypocritical and demanding socially than many believe. It's also rife with incompetent officials and professors.

Oh, I'll believe that. I just wish older professors and teachers were less.... stuck up? Yeah, that.
That way, it'd be a lot less of a hassle in class. Teach's need to take their jobs a lot less seriously, so that the students don't think so much about how much school sucks and more about what's being taught and how.

My best professors are like that. They prefer to allow us to direct class and discuss in our own flow rather than forcing us to stay on topic. I learn far more in those classes. They recognize that sometimes the only way to learn is by going through our own processes.

Now, all we have to do is clone your professors, and put them in my school. Then everyone will be happy.
