# About me
Lissa emerged from Zeusβ skull fully formed with a pencil in hand and a bowler hat on her head. Shortly after this miraculous birth Zeus took two aspirin, got distracted, and forgot all about it leaving her to wander off to her own devices.Other sources report she was found on the doorstep of a haberdashery and raised by mad hatters. Even others claim that she was instead born in Texas and raised the usual way.
After discovering a knack for drawing things and making stuff up as she went along Lissa decided to study art and spend the rest of her life covered in ink and pixels. So far she has yet to really regret this.
Lissa has travelled the land with her faithful hat selling her art at whatever conventions and venues will take her. She also does commission work and has done work for board games, websites, small businesses, and satanic newsletters.
When she has spare time Lissa likes to write in the third person, play video games, watch horrible movies, and read books about dead people.

Got a bit of...awkward news.
So there were pictures of people a Aggiecon posted in the local newspaper, The Eagle. They're now for sale without people's permission! I am so glad i told the chief photographer to not post my picture on there!
If you have an issue with this, you may wanna let them know! There's a pretty good shot of you on there with goggles on. If it was me, i'd use it as a Deviant ID! You may wanna check it out. [link]

It was actually at the Cepheid meeting earlier tonight (...last night, i guess by this time. we usually hold meetings on Tuesdays around 7-8 pm or so). Apparently one of the Con Directors noticed on the photo album for Aggiecon that there was a button you could click that said "buy this photo". And it had it on most of the pictures that were uploaded (i didn't check every single one of them, though).

Hunh - strange. I've heard that this is apparently a common thing now, though people rarely actually buy the photos or anything so it shouldn't be a big deal. Also since this was a public event not much to do about it anyway.
It's sort of fascinating knowing I can get my face emblazoned on a coffee mug though.

True - but they only get something for it if someone buys it. Which seems highly unlikely. I mean its a sweet photo but its not that awesome of a photo. So I'm not going to sweat it and just keep a wary eye out next time something like this happens.
