i would like to experiment with some watercolour or something a bit harder, but not oils really...acrylic i think and i have noo idea how to start

Watercolor is probably the hardest to do. Try acrylic, as you will find it works similarly to using the hard round brush in digital painting. Note me if you're interested in a long-winded discussion (not on his userpage)

I've recently fell in love with acrylics... they are similar to oils but quick and feel like digital painting without layers...

Definitly not daily but a scribble here a scribble there, mainly just some studies (tried to paint stones, total fail )
And some pencil sketches thats it. Not as good a daily doodler as you are
