# About me

Hello everyone!
I am a college student living in Georgia and practicing photography in my free time. I actually fell out of this hobby a few years ago once my freshmen year started, but I've recently discovered that photography is a part of my life I really don't want to lose. I had another deviant page, but decided to move to give myself a fresh start and signify a new outlook on life.

I am a bit obsessed with macro photography (I don't call it my specialty because I think I definitely have room to grow.) But I'm trying to make myself branch out a bit, so hopefully, we'll see a nice range of shots on here eventually. I'm hoping to commit to at least one photo a week, just to make sure I don't fall of the train again.

I think I am actually a bit more familiar (and comfortable) with darkroom photography, but due to the financial constraints of being a college student :/ I will be trying my hand at digital again. Any advice, critiques, books, forums, etc. you think might help me along will be greatly appreciated.
