It's actually a bit of a long path. I'll be getting a two-year degree in web design. I figure there's good job security and it'll pay the bills. Then I'm going on (I'm not sure how or where yet) for French horn performance and possibly composition. Depending on how I do it, it could be anywhere from two to six years of school. I might end up just taking lessons from an actual orchestral horn player instead of getting a degree, since positions are given away by audition and not by degree.

What are you going for again?

Wow! I think this is great plan.
Web design is very good and you can find jobs everywhere. I was going to tell you to take lessons\courses if you wanted music, and take your major in another different thing so you can have many options later after school.
I'm studying business T_T
