You watch by going to someone's site (whom you want to watch) and scroll down a few notches. Under all the general information such as "is a wannabe poet" and "is a female" there is a darker colored bar beneath that. It has some links on it like "General," Gallery," "Scraps," "Journal," etcetera. The last link on this bar is the DeviantWatch link. It has a little image of a plus sign and a person, then the words "+deviantWatch" to the right of it. Click on this to watch the person's site you are visiting.
