When I read about sergals there has always been one question on my mind. Has any Northern Sergal moved to Gold Ring and became smarter then the other Northern Sergals? Thanks if you answer this.

As a result, it is possible. They are very easily influenced, as their major shift of their lifestyle by Rain's influence was very rapid. Moved Northern Sergals to Gold Ring may become same as the southern people if pass long time.
For a while of after the Vilous World War, Northern lands will develop as large city second only to Gold Ring, the "Shigu Dukedom (or Shigu Public)". Also many Northern people will become smarter, be able to use civilized spoken language and text.
Well, there are maybe some people who don't pass those change or be slowly than others due to individual difference or other reasons.
