Sigh? Because you're turning 20 or you have to work or both?
You want ideas for a drawing. Go anywher and just look--I mean really look. Go outside and look at an old tree, stone work, shadings in the grass. Really see past the obvious. With some practice you'll develope your eyes. Over years you'll see like an eagle.
I know this subject well. Give it a shot. Remember, there's so much going on in everything. Learn to see it.

now now--20? You have the world ahead of you. Think about it--20? So you just left teenagehood!! I don't feel or look old at all, and guess what? I'm only 35 years older then you. Like, can be your grandfather 
Average 18-20 hrs a day now. At 20? Simply unstoppable haha
