fushigi yuugi was one of the first animes i watched so YES
uhhhh WELL ACTUALLY i've been avoiding that because my friend read it and said it was really sad and i'm too much of a wimp to read it myself

It was the first series that I started a Fandom in
not the first series I watched (or read) cause I had other anime's/manga's I known growing up (but never knew it was called "anime" or "manga" or was even japanese until i got into Fushigi Yugi from a schoolmate back in Junior High lol)

the first ever for me was pokemon but i didnt think of it as anime more like a kids cartoon
but the first anime to get me into it was vampire knight and then fushigi yuugi wasn't long after that
that's good !!! i've only read like half of the manga but seen every episode of the anime (i'm the complete opposite haha!!)
