Your welcome dear ^.^ I used to use too flashy colors too tbh ^.^' and when people rant my OC they often say that her green outfit doesn't fit Sunagakure just because it is green xP (LOL close minded persons)

Yes it doesn't matter, as soon as she is not supposed to come from Sunagakure originally she is from another culture so ... her dressing style goes with it xD
