so i was around your area today and the sun was hella hot, i looked up at it and it burned the skin on my face. it made me think of you.
i hate the daytime weather, but the nights are rather nice. ive been taking quick hiking trips up in the mountains at night every so often. going to my little "spot" with no flashlights and just sitting on a cold rock right next to the creek, listening to the water and feeling its coolness in the air. listening to the chorus of crickets. you can close your eyes and just forget everything.
and then afterwards its nice to park the car at a turnout and get out of the car, go to the edge of the mountain and watch the city lights glisten like if it was moonlight on the surface of the ocean. i wish i could show you all this and give you that feeling. maybe someday...?
