Ok, thanks!
However is there any easier way of finding out How do I know which deviants have given me a Llama and the which ones who I haven't given a Llama back?

Closest would probably be using the following extension and then paging through your recent badge transaction history.

I'm trying to put my art into a gallery folder and it won't go in. What's wrong?

I suspect the problem is human error. You'll have to be more descriptive, I don't know what makes you think "it won't go in".

Nevermind, I noticed that I had to use the edit page option. But before I usually drag the deviations on mine and they go into the folder I made for them in the gallery.
What is with some of these DA updates that messing things up anyway?

DA doesn't have a strong staff-user relationship, so a lot of the changes go unnoticed until they cause problems like in your case. Larger sites with more development muscles have the resources to do a fully planned and integrated roll out. DA just doesn't have the resources to do that. Or at least that was the case earlier this year. DA was bought out a little over a month ago, so there may be some changes coming in the foreseeable future.

Heh, true. I've been offline for several days, so I've missed a lot of the action. If you have any quotes you think are noteworthy, please toss them my way and I'll put them up - I already have a few from the announcement. Wix is planning to increase the revenue from a website that has a reputation as being money-grubbing, we'll see how that turns out.
The interesting aspect of being bought out by a publicly traded company is you can see the parent company's stock drop after acquisition of DA . 40 million registered users? They're lucky if they get 1 million active
Well, at any rate, they managed to make an announcement before changing anything, so I already welcome our new overlords and masters.

Yeah, the comments on the announcement is all I've really seen, aside from various news articles. The only other journal I came across was that #europeans is officially shutting down after 14 years. Oh, and Dom saying "I told you so". :' )
Staff seem cheery and hopeful (probably glad they don't have to live through another layoff anytime soon), so that's a good sign. I'm looking forward to seeing what new features and aesthetics come out of this. That's so sad about the stock dropping though. Is it really only a million active?

Yeah, I heard about that

1.3 million was the monthly active user count a few years ago. The commenting rate has continued to slide since then, so I suspect the number of active users has followed suit.

Overview
Still looking for work, nothing promising yet. Also, I hate Daylight Savings Time, it messes up my programs.
Below I track the occurrence of keywords in journal titles. I also review the data from a truly random survey of deviantART users and attempt to identify when users go inactive. As with the previous analysis, you can see dA's growth stagnate over the past two years.

Cenit-v has completed another rendition of my character. I started out with a very vague notion of the pose I wanted for this piece (I had more of a "swooping" short animation in my head rather than a still image). I think he did a great job of capturing the low-flying scene

Hey parallellogic , I'm really interested to add a section to my bot dADroid-bot to reply to comments on your "Llama Stats" page. This can make the reply almost instantly!
Is it ok with you if I do this? Or should I create a page in my bot's profile page for this purpose?
Also, I know most DeviantArt developers are reluctant to share their source code, but if you are okay with me on doing this, having your code will most definitely help me, instead of having to re-write all you have written.
This is what I've written so far:

If you want to do something with a bot, please keep it off my page. If you post a deviation for people to comment on like the one I have, let me know and I'll include a link to it in my deviation description.
I don't generally share my code. The code for that is really old and not portable anyway. To generate the output you see in the replies, it's just loading each llama page one-at-a-time, parsing the page source and moving on to the next page. It keeps going until there aren't any more badges to load or 2,000 pages are reached (10,000 llama badges), whichever comes first. I've clipped it at 2,000 pages since somewhere shortly after that DA starts producing invalid page data (what page number the error occurs on varies from user to user). There's also a glitch where DA will report trading llama badges between the same two users multiple times at different points in time. As far as I can tell, this happens when one user tries to trade too many badges in a short period of time. For some reason, DA reports the wrong username in this case (it appears like there's a duplicate trade between two users). I haven't found a way to determine the correct username, so it just messes up the output - garbage in, garbage out .
Good luck with your code
