Hi! I have questions about corn snakes & I thought I'd ask you since you have one.
I kind of been leaning towards getting a snake when we move, the hardest choice is picking between a corn & a hognose.

a hognose is more difficult to care for and not as friendly/docile. They are still nice snakes, but I wouldn't recommend it if this is your first. I'd say if you're just starting out, go with a corn snake or even a ball python because they are much more tolerant. Another good snake (comparable to a corn) would be a king snake. They are also very docile and sometimes actually friendly, and they can come in some pretty exciting colours!

Yeah, I was just looking at hognose & read they eat toads. Ok, I'll look into corn snakes, they seem much prettier anyway.

If you're prepared to spend more money, a baby would be best because it will grow up knowing you. But its very expensive because you have to keep upgrading tanks. If you can't afford that, just go with an adult
