You can't delete an account. You need to go through and delete all your images.

Dear pewbick,
This is going to be quite a long comment, but it is important that you read it. My name is Michael Goulty, and I am contacting you regarding the content of your gallery.
Currently, the content within your gallery is breaking several copyright laws, which carries a hefty fine. You can be fined under the following Acts:
Fraudulent Copyright Notice. — Any person who, with fraudulent intent, places on any article a notice of copyright or words of the same purport that such person knows to be false, or who, with fraudulent intent, publicly distributes or imports for public distribution any article bearing such notice or words that such person knows to be false, shall be fined not more than $2,500.
Fraudulent Removal of Copyright Notice. — Any person who, with fraudulent intent, removes or alters any notice of copyright appearing on a copy of a copyrighted work shall be fined not more than $2,500.
False Representation. — Any person who knowingly makes a false representation of a material fact in the application for copyright registration provided for by section 409, or in any written statement filed in connection with the application, shall be fined not more than $2,500. [link]
The injured party can also claim for damages, which can run into hundreds of thousands of dollars. As your gallery is made up of images using stolen, copyrighted photos, you are violating copyright law. You are also breaking the rules of dA, as detailed below.
FAQ #8: What does deviantART consider to be Art Theft?
FAQ #157: Can I use things created by other people in my submissions?
FAQ #304: Do you remove copies and trace-over art?
FAQ #578: What does deviantART consider to be a proper desktop screenshot?
I will summarize, but you should read all of those FAQs I have posted.
You are not permitted to post anything you did not create yourself.
You are also not allowed to post anything that contains copyrighted material that you do not have express written permission to use from the original owner.
What this means is you cannot post pictures of book covers, cards, and slo images from the Internet, Google, other members of dA, other fan sites etc etc.
The following links have more information;

You have been reported, but it would be advisable to remove ALL the images that contain copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use. Failure to do so would be a mistake.
Hiding this message would also be regrettable, simply because it will speed up the reporting of your gallery.
I hope you understand, and that you act upon this message as required. I will return to your gallery in a few days time, I expect to see the offending materials removed.
Regards,
Michael Goulty

I know what you mean by all this, but he has given a site showing renders that they let him use [link] and he has changed the images using brush effects ect. I'm not trying to start an arguement, if you reply with something mean I'm just going to let it go, but what would you say if on every single deviation he hasn't drawn he put a disclaimer and a link to the original image?

I am going to do this using an example:
[link]
This image contains copyrighted material. He will not have permission from the copyright owner of that photo, so therefore it is considered copyright violation and art theft.
It is not allowed on dA, and giving credit/saying the source is not good enough.

It is against the rules of dA to steal another person's art and post it in your gallery without written permission. Take all stolen art down now or you will be banned from this site.
