Yeah, it's just that people gave my friend shit for giving John a with instead of going with the Cortana ship. She feared same would happen here. Her character wasn't even a Mary Sue and there's honestly worse stuff raping the fandom instead of a pairing of John and an ODST.

She's a hologram, not much of a relationship if they wanted to be more than friends. The concept is kinda silly to be honest, I do believe since Cortana is self aware that she is alive in a why, but in her state theres not much room for romance.
That and she's now an evil robot deme god XD
