yup, in indonesia you must have a lot ability to get survive, this company in this country does not appreciate a specialty ability, you must know a lot of discipline (i mean a lot of graphic software) and creative brain... which mean: "you think of an idea, brainstorming it, create a mock up, and finish it till launching. " sad isn't it.
