Same here; sometimes it's a hassle but I usually bite it and drag the dslr along for the ride on the rare opportunities I get to go outside. Thanks for the fave btw.

I hear ya, I rocked my little Canon IS800 for years; it finally bit it a few months into this deployment. Lost count of how many times it was dropped and banged around and still worked. I was planning on getting a DSLR for several years and this time, the timing was finally right Gotta shoot like you'll only get to see it once right?
