I'm not sure what you are talking about? Do you just mean art pieces of the sensei transforming? Those would go into the folder of whomever it is. Example, if it is Usagi transforming, it would go in the "Sailor Moon" folder. Let me know if I am not understanding correctly!

Hello there. I would like to make you aware that you have an extremely callous art thief amongst your members by the name ofΒ nads6969 Β and I highly recommend that you block and ban this user from your group. They have stolen from countless artists for over ten years and she is well aware of her actions, yet she shows no remorse and no signs of ceasing her theft.

I actually just saw some posts about this and I recognized the name. I am glad to see the proof that you have included here, thank you very much! I have blocked her from the group.
If you know of any of her traced pieces in the gallery, please let me know which ones/which folder and I will do my best to remove them all. I will also try and set aside my time to search.

You rejected my artwork and told me to take the time to figure out where to put it. Um... do you know how confusing your folders are? I click on Senshi.... and then there's only single character folders. I click on Others... and you still only have single character folders except The Starlights are grouped together. I finally find Groups, which my image is of 2 characters (SeiyaxUsagi) and it doesn't even give me the option to add the image, so... not sure how I can be more "careful" adding when I can't even submit to half of them...Β

There is a guide to submitting, it is the first in the Featured folder and also on the front page under "group related links". There is also a link to the rules that ALSO has a link for the submission guide. We no longer have the Super Group status we had with the original owner and cannot change the subfolder situation (hence the third link listed for donations to get a super group to fix the group).Β
This, however, is no reason to not even attempt to submit to the correct folder (The Collaboration folder's name makes it obvious it's for the Collaboration, and so would not be the place to submit an Usage x Seiya piece), nor to blow the entire situation out of proportion. You also could have responded to my comment I sent to you on this situation but you instead chose to comment on the front page in an attempt to discredit us. Please try not to have this sort of attitude in the group as it is negative and possibly toxic to the community here.Β
If you cannot submit to any folders, you might want to double check that you are a member, as the only fully closed folders are the ones that house subfolders and past contests and collaborations. I am linking the guide below if you would still wish to submit your deviation to our group.
Aside from this method you may simply go to the gallery, click on the folder that best summarizes your piece (in your case you have a group/couple, so go to "Group, cosplay fanfic...etc" and then click on the corresponding subfolder (Either couples or groups, both will be acceptable for your piece)

Uh, I commented on the page because I had a question and accidentally deleted the note you sent to begin with, not to "discredit" but ok... O.o .... what an assumption. I did not purposefully click on collaboration, I was trying to submit to the groups folder/fanfic folder (which I was guessing would be the best fit for my drawing), so I don't even know what happened there. So, maybe don't assume I didn't even make an effort? Maybe you shouldn't have the toxicity to assume about me? Folders are too confusing to submit to compared to other clubs for me, but thanks for having me until now. Good luck!Β

Hi there. Just wanted to warn you that dA user Neo-RedRanger , whom is a member of this group, is stealing Sailor Moon fan art (as well as many other fan arts) from other dA users (including me which he has stolen quite a few of my fan arts). I recommend removing this user from the group to further prevent users being stolen from.

It isn't easy to just "remove" someone unfortunately. I will try and find him in the list be we have over 3,000 members and there is no search function and it isn't even in alphabetical order. (they need to update that, honestly)Β
I don't think we have accepted any of his work into the group, but i will keep an eye out and make sure we don't add any in the future and remove anything we find already in there. Looks like I'd be suspicious of his work and check it out and deny his submissions but again, I will remove any that I can find.

if you could comment on the submission instead of here we will know what piece you were talking about, what folder you tried to submit to, etc. We cannot tell why something was denied by it's name/link.
Although in most cases it's because the you submitted to the wrong folder.
