Well, as the name says... I used the Gaussian Blur tool in PS A LOT... Rest was gradients, some random smearing and warping using the transform tool... =]

Replace the iTunesMiniPlayer.dll

1. Right-click somewhere on the taskbar, hover over “Toolbars” and let that menu expand, then "iTunes" is unchecked.
2. Restart or Logoff
3. Go to "Program Files\iTunes\iTunesMiniPlayer.Resources", replace the "iTunesMiniPlayer.dll"

Just takes a lot of practice... I've been doing all this for almost 2 years now, and have only recently started to do better quality work...! And as for the "young age" thing, I believe the younger you are when you start the more you'll enjoy it! =]
