Thank you for the comments. I just started my exploration of photography so it will take some time before I can figure out how to get the depth of field just right in my photos. Although as you said sometimes it is better because you are drawn to a certain area because of it. Thanks again.

about the flower..it was taken on a solid red background with some lights I set up. Than I just smarte-slected the red and filled it in w/ black. Thanks again for the comments!

Thanks for your comments on the flower series... Youll find great flowers at the local graveyard or cemetery.. walking round the garden centre taking photos kind of draws attention to yourself and the owners dont like it much
