To be clear, I don't draw those beachball-women with arms attached. Doesn't do it for me. But I can draw an overstuffed/bloated Chun Li with the implication that she's been gorging herself on cake. And, of course, the stomach noises would be fine.

How fat would you like her to be (aside from the stuffed tummy)? Eg. skinny, chubby, overweight, obese, super-sized, immobile (bloating will show up more clearly on skinny-chubby figures)
