It's a very cool piece. I like the way you rendered the the lightning/electricity effects, and having a little crackle emanating from her mouth as well is a nice touch that gives the character a unique look/vibe -- which is hard to pull off with electrical powers, since they're not exactly uncommon in the superhero realm.

I thought it was ok, but apparently it still needed some work, according to other posts.
Originaly i didn't have the electric lips in mind but after I'd done everything else it just looked like it needed something.

lol, and sorry for 'shouting'...I just stumbled across those plz icons the other day and was looking for an excuse to use 'em.
I saw the crits you got. I'm a writer/editor and not an artist, so take what I'm about to write for what it's worth (not all that much) -- but I thought some of them were a little harsh, and others I disagreed with entirely:
For instance, her arms don't look too short to me. There might be something a bit off in their proportions (the length of the forearm vs. the length of rest of the arm) but there might not be either -- my knowledge of anatomy isn't solid enough to say, I'm afraid. But their overall length looked fine.
And definitely don't get rid of the electricity effect in the mouth. That's a cool touch that cleverly distinguishes the character from the bog-standard lighting-wielder character cliche. The suggestion to replace that with a standard issue 'come-hither' expression (like you can already see on 99.99999% of the female character art here on dA and elsewhere) was *really* misguided, IMHO.
Though the pic is not without it's flaws (I think I agree that the lines that form her torso are a bit too straight), I thought it was a neat little image that served as a nice introduction to an interesting character, and I wouldn't mind seeing more of 'Hardwire' (or whatever you wind up calling her) from you in the future.

I've been drawing for most of my life and I've still got a long way to go on anatomy. I agree there are a few things a teensy-weensy bit off.
But in my critic's defence. I've known G-Rex for about 10 years now so I'm pretty well used to his pesomistic view on things. He's a great artist himself but his inability to see the positive in much of his work has sort of held him back. All of that aside, he's pretty cool. I've just been teasing about his sort of one-sided review.
