I looked at your gallery, man you're a hard worker for a 16 yr old! Keep it up! If you haven't already, take a look at George Bridgeman's "Complete Guide to Drawing from Life" and Andrew Loomis' "Figure Drawing for All it's Worth". Those were recommended to me by Neal Adams and Berni Wrightson when I was your age. I saw a lot of growth in myself because of those books.
