Yeah...I tried contacting them considering other issues and they didn't help me much.
She closed her account over a year ago, though, so...meh. We have an invisible founder xD Oh well..

Yeah sadly he support isn't always that great. :/ But maybe you need to try it again? :S I know such problems with the help desk and you def. need to be mulish with them XD
