You asked how to make transparent bitmap.

1.You need Photoshop or some advanced software like that.
2. Open the image you want to save a bitmap.
3. create an alpha layer below it (hide the above layers) with foreground white, background black.
4.now unhide all layers; simply merge them down.
5.save as bitmap
