i think this is the one im going to go for but does the "warm smoke effect" mean its actually water vapor we exhale ? (i assume it is but i didnt see anywhere they said it was) that and im not sure about lifespan. opinions?

No idea about lifespan. The "warm smoke effect" I think means that the water vapour is warmer than it would be in older models, and apparently the thing warms up between your fingers like a cigarette. So a generally more realistic experience. Not sure beyond that – it's always difficult to judge a product's lifespan before you buy it. It does have good reviews though. The only negative comment I've seen about this particular model is that the starter flavour is Marlboro which is apparently disliked by many. (So if you don't like the taste when you get it, don't blame the cigarette, blame the cartridge)
