Wow, that sounds cool! Is your dad professional at it or anything? Sorry, just sounds so interesting..
Wish I'd learned stuff like that from my parents.. I didn't grow up in a very 'picture oriented' home..although I have always been VERY 'picture oriented' (likes taking pictures)!

yeah it;s pretty awesome, my dad isn't actually a photographer, but its kind of something that runs in our family. my grandmother won awards for her pictures and things like that. and my dad just kind of inherited that, but hes an engineer, its just a hobby.
