I would say is a semi complete thing, I only ask that they not be exchanged or earn money with my art / design. The character is already yours and you can do whatever you like with the character, but they will not be exchanged or resold with others without my permission. I guess.
If on your own you decide to draw the character and make changes it is already your own thing. For example, if you bought one of my adopts, and you want made a drawing the character with some changes extra and do a stickers or stuff like this and sell this ones in a combe, you can do it. But if you print directly my ilustration, this is something wrong, I don´t give permission to do that thing and yeah, it´s a little rude.

Maybe one of these days make a ToS post uuuhm

As someone who knows copyright law nearly back of her hand because she wanted ot be a copyright lawyer, I highly suggest you to dear.

You are saying, I would own the character 100% if I alter it some in my own works after it's been bought, Not the illustration you made, aka you turned your drawing into a "FANART" persay. It's your artwork but it's my oc in per requirements alterations you said?

I have read in your description I can't claim the design once bought? Why I asked because I was assuming this was an adoption that I'm "Allowed to play for rp with but don't own."

I got confused already.
I'm tired now and I don't want to sound rude, but is there any point in talking about this?

I am not demanding in this aspect (or at least not as much as I should) because I have not dedicated the necessary time and bcs I don't know enough about it.

But well, it is a subject that I prefer to explain well and in order when I'll have the opportunity and enough information. In another type of post too, for example.

For now I just ask that they not resell or exchange or say that the design has been done personally by the owner/buyer (wow uhmm, Only ask I get the credit for the design and draw I guess?)

It would help me to bid/buy on some ocs I saw, That I am still debating on. 

You didn't have to reply to me right away nor want to inconvenience you because you feel like you have too.

Like I said, I know copyright law and your verbiage confused me on that aspect is why I asked.

I am not demanding in that aspect, if you want to acquire one of my adoptables then you can do it, the use you give is personal. I only ask for the respective credits (in the sense that I created it) and that they don't be resell or exchange it .

I highly suggest getting a copyright lawyer to help you understand and allow them to make a ToS which they can do for you.
