Well pretty much this group rose out of the original poke-paws, and that ended when they left poke-paws island after team rocket woke heatran and heatran caused earthquakes and the volcano erupted and they all had to flee on the backs of water-types and swam. a bunch of cats died and eventually they managed to get to the new island, cianwood island. they rebuilt on cianwood, and on halloween a bunch of ghost-types from relic castle attacked after two npc pokecats went in and disturbed them. afterwards they began to guard relic castle so such a thing wouldn't happen again, and they soon after held a festival in honor of the cats that died from pokepaws island. then there was the entire winter event where the three snovers and one abomasnow kidnapped a bunch of pokecats to use for like some sort of immortality thingy (i'm unsure of the specifics, i wasn't very active in that event). one of the snover pokecats remains, spared because he promised to help them with local berries and such. most recently, there was the war with the kalosian cats, who were chased from kalos and ended up on the shores of cianwood island. they weren't sure whether to let them stay, and ace, the leader of team rocket, a ditto, transformed into ashes, the champion/leader/etc, and told the kalosians they had to leave, so the kalosians attack and a bunch of cats died before they realized theyd been tricked. and so kalosians were allowed to stay and stuff uvu
