Jon, your work is gorgeous. I am still an amatuer and any tips would be great. Like, how the hell do you get all those pretty girls to take shots like that in the name of beauty and art, for one thing?! Keep it up bud!

It's easy first you practice forever with people you know real well, and then when you figure out how to use light and get your brand new subjects to relax and trust you, and trust that you will make them look really good, then you get them to bring their friends and co workers over and you work long hours late at night and every spare moment perfecting your craft, I've been doing this for 40 plus years and I am still learning every day

May I ask if you went to college and earned a degree? I have intentions of going to school for photography and journalism anyway, but how did you "make it" in the biz? Where do you get to a selling point, ya know? I apologize, I'm asking too much of you. This is my dream and I don't want to stop until my brain is overflowing with knowledge. Anyway, Ashley looked quite well in her shots as do just about all your work. Thank you for the reply and your additions to the site. People like you are my inspiration.
