okay so i just discovered Scarfs and then i read it AND I CAUGHT UP and i'm like D: but i'm not ultra worried because it says it's had like 5 pages in July and we're like 2 days into July so yay

her school life stuff was pretty similar to mine so i connect super hard with that. it was almost like i had written it, and i'm kinda glad (though sad, too) that someone else went through it and thus understands (i assume you write at least somewhat from experience since it's super realistic). also made me feel so much emotion. the one part... the crime i suppose you'd say. it's quite powerful, for me

i'm glad you have something you can relate to, even if it's not that, yknow, happy, but yeah. i'm glad you like it though ! ! and i hope youre hanging in there through your own troubles.
it is partly from experience, though i did exaggerate a bit obviously... and combine experiences from people i've met in my life. it was my goal to make it as realistic as possible because honestly ?? in general i think that just reads way better since most stories with bullying there's no basis behind it it just sort of happens because someone isn't cool and all of the insults are just like "youre a loser" and it's not really something you can personally connect to, even if its supposed to be, yknow? i had to kind of push that comfort barrier and honestly it was really difficult for me to be confident enough to start this KNOWING how sort of just. realistic it gets. but yeah, like i said im glad you like it and thank you !!
and yeah, i update REALLY fast sometimes. sometimes i binge update but im honestly trying not to because a lot of people dont blacklist the tag i post the updates under so i end up losing followers since people are bombarded with dozens of updates at once, which i dont blame them but i do put a warning out there so its like, whatev !

yeah, i love when things are written realistically because it's so much more interesting. i'm also super into psychology so i know some of the ways people can be affected by things so when it's done realistically, it's done really well. provokes a lot of empathy too
yeah, i figure the comfort barrier you're referring to (or at least part of it) was, for example, when people referred to her as "it". i was angry at them, the characters based on scumbag humans, and i'm not angry with you because you wrote them because it's realistic. there are scumbag humans and i hate them. i guess writing things based on real world problems helps people relate and draws them in more and makes them more emotionally connected to the story. xD sorry i prattled on a bit. my point is, i'm impressed by your writing~
