I've flown in commercial planes several times, but only once in a small plane (2- or 4-seater) and it was the greatest moment in my life. I'd love to do it again but alas, I'm dirt poor and anything involving planes involves huge amounts of money. Either money or social networking to find a pilot... but I don't have that either.

You're a pilot? That kicks ass just by itself, no matter what it is! I've met one F-16 pilot online, 2 fighter pilots total, and quite a few pilots of other planes. I still keep searching and I hold each of them as individual gods. I have "flying" in my interests not because I actually GET to fly myself, but because I enjoy it above all things and would give anything to do it one more time. That's what I call an "Interest".

The Falcon thing started with the F-16, which I love above all other so-called "fighter" planes. I didn't really pick it up as a name until I started looking at the falcon as a bird, and realized how similar I am to the behavior of a falcon - I'm an agressive little bastard that loves flying. It couldn't fit any better - it's a perfect name for me. So, yes, I really love falcons! Heh.

So hell, post more jets, darnit! And how can you stand *nix?

Hehe, and I'm obsessed with English. I read hardly any German books these days, only English Fantasy novels.
As for comments: I don't mind getting few comments, or none at all. I -do- appreciate every comment I get (like everybody else, I think), but just yesterday one of my pics got a mod's choice on Elfwood and I was swamped with comments. It's hard to keep track of everyone who comments and reply, plus visit their galleries. I have no idea how artists like Enayla or Anry manage that. So I prefer few comments with thought over hundreds of "Wow"s

I think you just get used to whatever res.

I used to use 1280x960 and the 1024 res looked weird and disproportionate, but I swaped to 1280x1024 'cause Softimage demanded it and it looks very normal now....though technically its not

btw 1280*960 is a pretty normal res. It is exactly the same proportion as 1024*768 and 1600*1200.

1280*1024 is the odd one out having a 1.25:1 ratio instead of 1.33 like most others
