Yeah, I know. Jeff the Killer is portrayed as edgy because of his insanity. It's portrayed in a rather disrespectful way.
Also, I'm making a schizophrenic pony character (Who's not really in the MLP universe, she's more like an OC than a FC). Could you give me tips? I'm making her profile and I'm trying to make her as respectul as I can (Trying to be inside society, yet struggling with sanity, even after treatment). Her name is Lady Moonshine and she's an unicorn astronomer who can live an independent life.

she sounds interesting! i suggest you look up information about schizophrenia on certified websites about mental health. that's what i do when i create a mentally ill character. it would also help if you read about the experiences of people struggling with the illness

I made her a schizophrenic version of William T. Spears. Usually very expressionless and serious, but two of the voices on her head were like second parents during her childhood - abusive ones, oppressing her to do every single chore, assignment, and homework available. They emotionally abused her, saying stuff like "Only lazy wastes of air don't do all the homework available.". She's a genius struggling with her sanity.
She's also a British astronomer.
