RAF valley??!! Anyway, Wales, cool, I'll be there for 8 weeks soon, but in South Wales, near Swansea, for a traineeship. What area do you recommend for a 5 day trekking tour?

Cos your in south wales and not the north, The Brecon Beacons arent that far, however if you do want to venture further north then you step into Snowdonia national park, thats when you drop me a line if you want to meet and we can try and set something up for a bit of a hike.
What traineeship you doing thats getting you stuck in Swansea???
