I'm taking pictures of america for all of you who have never been here.This is my fifth period. I can't say I like it too much because well... IT'S MATH!
sorry for the blur. We're not allowed to have electronics so I had to do that fast before i got caught.

I never did get to be good in that subject, especially now that we're taking up business math. >.<
If I may ask, how many minutes does each period last and how many periods do you have in a day at average? We never had more than 3 periods without breaks! :'D

well they have been changing lately.
I was an army brat so I moved every 2 to 3 years. when i was in elementary school (grades 3-5 (later changed the next year to 1-5)), we had 1 teacher that taught all subjects (for every school I had been to). The oldest school that I can remember fluently had grades k-9. The high school was 10-12.
I went to 4 different middle schools:
My Arizona school had periods 1-7 (1/2 of 6th grade)
(back in Texas :'D) It was 1-8 (1/2 of 6th grade)
1-9 (7th grade. (The 9th period was for about 30 minutes to do homework))
1-7 (8th grade)
Current/only high school i will ever attend (Dad retired):

1ST Period 8:45-9:42
2nd Period 9:48-10:39
3rd Period 10:45-11:36
A Lunch 11:36-12:17
(4th period upstairs/ portables)
4th Period 12:23-1:14
5th Period 1:20-2:11

7th Period 3:14-4:05

Ah, okay! So you had approximately an hour to get to classes! Our time is always precise like 3:00 to 4:00 and stuff, although those times were rarely followed precisely. It's quite usual to see a lot of people late; although punctuality was a must back in high school.
Well, now that I'm in college, we have like an hour and a half for each class. One such schedule that I didn't exactly like was on Tuesdays:
1st period: 9:00-10:30
2nd period: 10:30-12:00
3rd period: 12:00-1:30
Lunch break: 1:30-3:00
4th period: 3:00-4:30
5th period: 4:30-6:30
And our classes tomorrow last from 7:30 to 5:00. XP
Another down side, since we have a late lunch on a TTH basis, sometimes we run out of food in the canteen. >.>;
Now on a Thursday, we're done with classes as soon as the 4th period ends. That's my up side.
