I'll be honest, I was just messing around with this beautiful stock photo while I was waiting to head out for work. But then I kind of realize why, this looks kind of cool
, so I took it a bit more seriously and wollah, made this manipulation.

I like it. It could use some touch ups to remove noise and make it smoother. Like Logan said the circles on the leg look weird. The effect on the other leg could be better, looks like a brush on top.
