one crit:
the way venom is standing in the last panel, in particular the way he is supporting his weight, doesn't look right, if he has a foot on spidey.
maybe either move it so spidey isn't under venom's foot, or shift venom so it looks like his right leg is supporting more of his weight? just a thought.
love the lines, though!
