well first off you do not listen to the directions they have and you use non-amonia based hair dyes! what also helps is instead of doing it few days apart to do it all at once, bleach and if not desired tone bleach again then dye. Preferably a blue based dye because it brings the most pigment to the hair and so on. its like a science.

Ahh... well you hair shouldnt fall out for a LONG time then if you do whats told but also protein treatments work too.
