It's probably because of the background (not only because of that, I just think it's fascinating) but I love this picture. <3 The background looks very cool I think, I like how you shaded it. (:
Dean really seems to trust Cas, he's not even looking anywhere else, where he is, what they're doing, he just sees Cas standing there like this and asking him to trust him. So he just does that.
